Terms and Conditions
What this site is and is not, the affiliate relationship in one sentence, whose contract your order actually is, and the limits of what an editorial desk can promise you. Effective September 25, 2026.
Written and reviewed by the Maxforce Editorial Desk · Last updated October 29, 2026
Quick answer
Maxforcemen is an editorial desk — not the seller, not the manufacturer, not a pharmacy and not a clinician. A link to the sales page may earn a commission, out of the seller’s margin, and it does not change what is written. This site sells, ships, refunds and fulfils nothing: those are the seller’s contract. Where the jar disagrees with a page, the jar wins.
5 things this site is not
What this site is, and the five things it is not
Effective September 25, 2026. An editorial desk — not the seller, not the manufacturer, not a pharmacy and not a clinician.
These terms govern your use of Maxforcemen. Ordinary English, because a term nobody reads protects nobody, and effective from September 25, 2026. Reading these pages means accepting them.
What this site is
An editorial desk, describing itself as a U.S. stocking partner for Maxforce. Its work is to transcribe what is legible on the Maxforce label, print what the seller supplied, check both against federal consumer pages where one exists, show its arithmetic, and write not published where a fact was never supplied rather than filling the gap with an estimate.
And the five things it is not
Not the seller. No sale happens on this website and no order can be placed here.
Not the manufacturer. The label names a distributor — Info Wealth CO, Pinellas Park FL, 33781 — and no manufacturer is named on the jar or in the supplied pack.
Not a pharmacy. Nothing is dispensed, compounded or prescribed here.
Not a medical provider. Nobody writing these pages is your clinician, and nothing here is a diagnosis or advice about your medication. That has a page of its own, the medical disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
Not the brand’s own website. The brand runs its own sales page, and that is where the order button goes.
0 dollars added to your price
The affiliate relationship, stated plainly
How this site is paid, stated in the terms rather than buried in a footnote.
The affiliate relationship, plainly
A link from this site to the sales page may earn this desk a commission, and it does not change what is written here. The commission is paid out of the seller’s margin, so it adds nothing to your price. There is no arrangement under which the brand or the seller reviews, approves or edits a page before it appears.
The evidence for that, rather than the assurance
An assurance is worth little on its own, so judge it against the site. These pages publish the finding that the whole blend is 82 mg across nine ingredients; that four of those nine can be no more than 5 mg each, derived from the panel’s own ordering and its one printed figure; that the marketing card names five of the nine and omits the caffeine; and that the supplied review block describes itself as layout copy, which is why no star score appears anywhere here.
6 commercial terms that belong to the seller
This site does not sell, ship, refund or fulfil anything
This is the clause worth reading twice, because it decides who you talk to when something goes wrong.
This site does not sell, ship, refund or fulfil anything
The seller does. When you follow the order button you leave this website, and everything afterwards is between you and the page where you pay. Every commercial term of your purchase is theirs, and that includes:
- the price you are charged, and any tax or shipping added to it;
- whether an order is accepted, and whether a pack is in stock;
- delivery, timing, carriage and tracking;
- the money-back guarantee, its length, and the date it runs from;
- refunds, returns, return postage and who pays it;
- cancellations, changes to an order, and any subscription arrangement.
Anything this site says about those six subjects describes material supplied to it and is not a promise by this desk. The terms on the page where you pay are the terms that bind.
Which number does what
Orders, tracking, changes and refunds go to the sales line, +1 (302) 200-3480. 888-338-0317 is printed on the label beside the distributor’s name. Returns, per the supplied material, go to 540 Madison Avenue, Floor 18, New York, NY 10022, USA — but call the sales line before posting anything. This desk, at [email protected], handles these pages, a typo or a privacy request, and cannot see an order.
22 federal pages, each read on one date
Accuracy, warranty and medical matters
What these pages are worth, and which document wins when two disagree.
Accuracy, and the document that wins
These pages are checked against the sources named on them. Twenty-two federal pages were opened and read on September 25, 2026, which is why every citation carries the date it was read. They may still contain an error, and a label can be revised without notice. Where the jar in your hand disagrees with a page here, the jar wins. If you find a discrepancy, write to [email protected].
No warranty, and no medical advice
This site is provided as it is. It is not warranted to be complete, free of error, always available or fit for any particular purpose — and especially not any outcome from using the product it describes, because no such outcome may be promised by anybody. The front of the jar makes three claims and hedges all three: May Support: Vitality*, Drive*, Performance*. Each carries an asterisk resolving to the FDA disclaimer in its own ruled box, which is the correct construction. Nothing here is medical advice, and no supplement is assessed before it goes on sale: “Under DSHEA, FDA does not have the authority to approve dietary supplements before they are marketed.” The medical disclaimer sets out what that means for this label.
Links out, and one method note
This site links to federal consumer pages and to the seller’s page. Those destinations are not under this desk’s control, and a link is a pointer rather than a warranty. The method several pages rest on is FDA’s own rule: “Indented underneath the name of the blend, you must list the ‘other dietary ingredients’ in the blend, either in a column or linear fashion, in descending order of predominance by weight.” Every derived figure is shown with its working, and no per-ingredient amount is stated as fact except the caffeine.
4 clauses, kept short
Intellectual property, acceptable use, liability and law
The ordinary clauses, kept short.
Intellectual property
The words on this site, its tables, its interactive tools and its code belong to this desk. Read them, print a page for your own use, quote a passage with attribution and a link. Republishing a page needs permission, which you can ask for at [email protected]. The product name, the label artwork and the seals belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify and discuss the product. No endorsement by any of them is implied.
Acceptable use
Read the site, use it, link to it, argue with it. Do not attempt to break it or overload it, do not scrape it wholesale, and do not present yourself as this desk or as the seller.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, this desk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from your use of this site or your purchase of a product described on it, including a dispute with the seller about price, delivery, refunds or a guarantee. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded it is limited to the amount, if any, you have paid to this desk — which for a reader of an information site is nothing. Nothing here removes a consumer right you hold under the law of your state.
Governing law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the law of the United States, and by the law of the State of New York where a state law applies. A dispute about your order is governed by the terms of the page where you paid. These terms may be revised, and if a court finds a clause unenforceable the rest stands. These terms, the privacy policy and the medical disclaimer are the whole agreement between you and this desk. For any of it: [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET.
Questions
Maxforce FAQ: terms and conditions questions
How is this site paid?
This desk is paid when an order completes on the brand’s sales page. That is the whole of the commercial relationship, and it is why the rules are written down.
What is the guarantee?
Sixty days from purchase, per the supplied pack, unless the sales page prints a longer window. The clock starts the day you pay, not the day you open the jar.
How do I claim a refund?
Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID. Returns go to 540 Madison Avenue, Floor 18, New York, NY 10022, with your full name, the email on the order and the order ID enclosed.
Is there a subscription?
Nothing in the supplied material mentions one. Read the checkout page carefully before you pay, and screenshot it with the total and the date showing.
