Maxforce Refund Policy, Step by Step
The call, the written instruction, the tracked parcel at your own cost, and the two separate clocks the money comes back on.

Quick answer
Call the sales line +1 (302) 200-3480 or email [email protected], and get an RMA or a written instruction before you post anything. Return postage is the buyer’s, tracked, to 540 Madison Avenue, Floor 18, New York, NY 10022. The desk credits a refund 3 to 5 business days after processing; the card takes a further 5 to 10.
7 steps from the first call to a cleared refund
How a claim actually runs, end to end
Call, get it in writing, post it tracked at your own cost, then two separate waits: one the seller’s, one your bank’s.
Contact the sales line or the sales email
+1 (302) 200-3480, or [email protected] in writing. Have the order ID and the email the order went to in front of you. This is the only route that can see a purchase.
Get an RMA or a written instruction before you post anything
A return authorisation number, or at minimum an email saying where to send the jars and what to enclose. An unannounced parcel is how a claim goes quiet for three weeks.
Pack the jars with your details enclosed
Include your full name, the email on the order and the order ID. Write it on paper and put it in the box; do not rely on the outside of the parcel. If a jar is sealed, leave it sealed.
Post it tracked, at your own cost
Return postage is paid by the buyer. Use a tracked service. The address is 540 Madison Avenue, Floor 18, New York, NY 10022, USA — the returns address, not the office address on Astor Place. Photograph the label before it goes and keep the receipt.
Wait out the seller’s clock
Three to five business days after the return is processed for the desk to credit the refund. Business days, so a return that lands on a Friday before a holiday is doing nothing for the best part of a week.
Then wait out the card network’s clock
A further five to ten days for the credit to appear on the card. This one does not belong to the seller at all, and no amount of calling the sales line moves it.
Check the amount, not just the arrival
Read the credited figure against what you paid. If it is short, ask which line of the policy the difference comes from, while the correspondence is fresh.
Seven steps, two of which are just waiting. The calendar matters because the window is measured from the date of purchase: steps one to four have to happen inside it, and steps five to seven happen afterwards.
9 lines, of which two are blank
The terms, and the two lines nobody wrote
Window, route, address, postage, enclosures and two timings were all supplied. Restocking and partial refunds were not.
| Term | As supplied |
|---|---|
| Window | 60 days from purchase, unless the sales page prints a longer window. |
| Where to start | Sales line +1 (302) 200-3480, or [email protected] in writing. |
| Returns address | 540 Madison Avenue, Floor 18, New York, NY 10022, USA |
| Who pays the postage | The buyer, on a tracked service. |
| What to enclose | Include your full name, the email on the order and the order ID. |
| Time to credit | 3 to 5 business days after the return is processed. The seller’s clock. |
| Time to appear on the card | 5 to 10 days after that. The card network’s clock, not the seller’s. |
| Restocking fee | Not mentioned. Nothing in the supplied material names one, in either direction. |
| Partial refunds | Not mentioned. No rule about opened jars, part-used packs or deducted postage was supplied. |
Seven of the nine lines were supplied. The last two are blanks, and they are printed as blanks rather than filled in with what a policy of this kind usually says.
What is genuinely good about this policy
It exists in specifics: a named window with a named starting point, a street address rather than a form, a stated rule on postage, and two stated timings for the money. That is more mechanism than several products in this series supply, and a page that spends its time on 82 mg across nine ingredients should say so when the paperwork is done properly.
And what the two blanks mean in practice
The answer to can I return a jar I have opened? is not published, and neither is do I get the shipping back? Both are one-sentence questions for the sales line, better asked before you post than discovered from a credit that is short.
5-10 days that belong to your bank, not the seller
Two clocks, one after the other
Three to five business days is the seller’s. Five to ten days is the card network’s. Only one of them can be chased.
Refunds are credited 3 to 5 business days after the desk approves them, and then take a further 5 to 10 days to appear on the card. Two clocks, one after the other, and the second belongs to your bank rather than to the seller.
Which one belongs to whom matters, because it decides who you can usefully chase. The three to five business days is the seller’s. It runs from the moment the return is processed at the Madison Avenue address, it is measured in business days rather than calendar days, and the sales line is the right place to ask about it. The five to ten days is the card network’s. It runs from the moment the seller issues the credit, it involves your issuer’s own posting schedule, and calling the seller about it achieves nothing because the money has already left them.
What that adds up to on a calendar
Add the postage to the sequence. A tracked parcel takes some days to arrive — how many is not stated anywhere, because no carrier and no transit window were supplied. Then the return is processed. Then three to five business days, which across a weekend is a calendar week. Then five to ten days on the card. A refund that clears two weeks after posting has gone well, three is unremarkable, and none of that is visible from the words on a rosette.
Why it is worth knowing before you claim
Because the gap between the two clocks is where people conclude they have been ignored. A buyer who knows the second clock exists waits it out; one who does not starts a dispute against a seller who has already paid, which costs everybody a fortnight.
4 records to keep from day one
What to keep, and what a short refund usually means
The order number, the dated guarantee screenshot, the tracking number and the date you first made contact.
From the confirmation email. The first thing the sales line asks for, and the one detail nothing substitutes for.
The window as the sales page printed it on the day you paid — the wording your claim is measured against.
For the return you posted at your own cost. Proof the jars arrived, and the seller’s clock only starts once they have.
The day you called or emailed, with the name of whoever answered. It establishes that you opened the claim inside the window.
Four records, none taking more than a moment to save, and between them they turn a refund conversation from a memory contest into a matter of fact. Add a fifth if you have it: the name that appeared on your card statement, which is not predictable from anything supplied, since the brand, the distributor and the sales domain are three different names already.
If the refund comes back short
Nothing in the supplied material mentions partial refunds, restocking fees or deducted postage, so a short credit is not something this page can explain on the seller’s behalf. The question to ask is which part of the policy does the difference come from? In this category a shortfall usually resolves into one of three things: outbound shipping that was never refundable, jars treated as opened, or a return judged to have arrived outside the window. Get the answer in writing and check it against your screenshot and your tracking.
When to involve the card issuer
Not first and not immediately. It makes sense when the reasonable sequence has run out: you contacted the desk inside the window, you hold the RMA or written instruction, the tracking shows the parcel delivered, the seller’s three to five business days have passed, the card network’s five to ten have passed on top, and the money is still absent or materially short. At that point the issuer wants the statement line, the dates, the tracking and the correspondence — the four records above, plus the extra one.
And if the reason for the return is a reaction
Then the refund is the second call, not the first. NCCIH: “Dietary supplements may interact with your medications or pose risks if you have certain medical problems or are going to have surgery.” The label’s own warning names pregnancy, nursing, medication and medical conditions, and tells you to discontinue use and consult your doctor if a reaction occurs — a real warning panel, and to the label’s credit it is printed in full. Stop taking it, speak to a clinician, and handle the money afterwards.
2 email addresses, and one cannot see orders
Send it to the right address the first time
The website email cannot see your order
[email protected] is this website’s desk: pages, typos, privacy and press, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. It is an editorial address. It cannot look up an order, cannot see a payment, cannot issue a credit and cannot authorise a return. A refund request sent there does not fail loudly — it simply sits, and the days it sits come out of a sixty-day window that started on the day you paid.
So routing matters more here than on a product with one phone number. The sales line +1 (302) 200-3480 and the sales email [email protected] handle money, orders and returns. The label line 888-338-0317, printed on the jar beside Info Wealth CO of Pinellas Park, Florida, is the distributor: formulation and batch questions, not your parcel.
The one question the label line is for
If what you want before deciding is an amount rather than a refund, that is the distributor’s question. Eight of the nine share the blend in proportions the panel does not print; only caffeine carries a figure, 5 mg, and the credit for itemising it belongs to the label. The rest is derivation: because the members are printed in descending order, the four rows below caffeine can each be no more than 5 mg and row one no more than 62 mg. A specification sheet would answer it in a line.
One general note on buying more than you need
NIH ODS: “Taking more than you need costs more and might also raise your risk of side effects.” Written about doses rather than pack sizes, but it lands in the same place where six jars is a hundred and eighty days and the window is sixty. The cheapest refund to process is the one you never have to ask for.
