Contact: Two Phone Numbers, and Which One to Call
Two phone numbers belonging to two organisations, two email addresses on two more domains, two New York addresses, and a plain warning about which inbox cannot help you.

Quick answer
Orders, tracking, changes and refunds: +1 (302) 200-3480. Questions about the blend: 888-338-0317, printed on the label beside Info Wealth CO, Pinellas Park FL, 33781. Sales email [email protected]. This website desk, [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET, cannot see orders — a refund request sent here loses days.
2 phone numbers, for two organisations
Two numbers, two organisations, and which to call for what
A sales line that can see your order, and a distributor’s line printed on the jar.
Two phone numbers exist on this product, they belong to two different organisations, and calling the wrong one costs you days. That is the whole of what this page is about, so here it is before anything else.
Two phone numbers exist on this product and they belong to two different organisations. +1 (302) 200-3480 is the sales line supplied to this desk: orders, tracking, changes and refunds. 888-338-0317 is printed on the label beside the distributor’s name, Info Wealth CO of Pinellas Park, Florida. The first one can see your order. The second one is the party whose name is on the jar. Neither is the manufacturer, because no manufacturer is named.
And two email addresses, on two more domains
The sales email supplied to this desk is [email protected]. The website address is [email protected], staffed Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. Counting the label itself, four surfaces carry contact details and three separate domains appear across them. That is worth knowing rather than worrying about: it is what a stocking arrangement looks like from the outside, and it is why the routing table below exists.
8 routes supplied, across 4 destinations
Which question goes where
Order questions to the sales line, formulation questions to the label line, and nothing at all to a manufacturer.
| Your question | Where it goes | What to have ready |
|---|---|---|
| Where is my order? | +1 (302) 200-3480 | Have the order ID and the order email ready. |
| I want a refund | +1 (302) 200-3480 | 60 days from purchase. Have the order ID ready. |
| Which pack is which price? | +1 (302) 200-3480 | Three per-bottle prices were supplied and none names a pack. Ask before you order. |
| How many mg of each ingredient? | 888-338-0317 | The distributor’s line, printed on the jar. This is a formulation question. |
| Has a batch been tested? | 888-338-0317 | A certificate reference exists; the pack calls it a draft label and no document was supplied. |
| Who manufactures it? | 888-338-0317 | Info Wealth CO is the distributor. No manufacturer is named anywhere. |
| Sales enquiries by email | [email protected] | A different domain from this site and from the label. |
| There is a typo on this website | [email protected] | Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. This desk cannot see orders. |
Three rows route to the sales line, three to the distributor’s label line, one to the sales email and one to this website desk. No manufacturer is named anywhere, on the jar or in the supplied pack, so no row can route to one.
Read down the middle column and the shape of the product appears without commentary. Anything with an order number attached to it goes to +1 (302) 200-3480. Anything about what is actually in the gummy goes to 888-338-0317, the number printed beside Info Wealth CO, Pinellas Park FL, 33781 — and that is a distributor rather than a manufacturer, because no manufacturer is named at all.
0 orders this website desk can see
The website desk cannot see orders
A refund request sent here loses days off a window that is already running.
This website desk cannot see your order. [email protected] reaches the people who write these pages. It handles typos, broken links, factual corrections, privacy requests and press enquiries, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. It has no access to the order system: it cannot look up a tracking number, cannot change a pack before dispatch, cannot cancel anything and cannot process a refund. A refund request sent to this address does not get actioned. It gets read, and then somebody replies telling you to call +1 (302) 200-3480 — and by then you have lost a day or two off a 60-day window that started the moment you paid.
That is stated this bluntly because it is the single most expensive misunderstanding available on this page. The guarantee runs 60 days from purchase, not from the day the jar arrived and not from your first gummy, so every day spent waiting on the wrong inbox is a day off the window. If there is money involved, use the phone.
When this address is the right one
When something on this website is wrong. If a sentence here disagrees with the jar in your hand, the jar wins and the page gets corrected — and the most useful message names the page, quotes the sentence, and says what the label says instead. A correction that arrives with the sentence attached can be made the same week rather than after a round of questions. The sales email supplied to this desk is [email protected], which is a different domain from both this site and the label. The website address, [email protected], reaches this desk about pages, typos, privacy and press, and cannot see an order.
4 things to collect before you call
Two addresses, and what to have in front of you before you dial
An office and a returns address in different buildings, and a minute of preparation that saves a call.
Two street addresses were supplied and they are not interchangeable. Sending a returned parcel to the office is the second most expensive mistake on this page.
The office
1 Astor Place, Floor 8
New York, NY 10003, USA
The desk’s stated business address. It is not a returns address, and a parcel sent here is not a return however carefully it is packed. No visiting hours were supplied.
The returns address
540 Madison Avenue, Floor 18
New York, NY 10022, USA
Where an approved return goes, in a different building. Return postage is paid by the buyer. Use a tracked service. Include your full name, the email on the order and the order ID. Refunds are credited 3 to 5 business days after the desk approves them, and then take a further 5 to 10 days to appear on the card. Two clocks, one after the other, and the second belongs to your bank rather than to the seller.
What to have in front of you before you dial
Four things, and they take a minute to collect. The order ID, from the confirmation email. The email address the order went to, because that is what the desk will search on. The date you paid, because that is the date the 60-day window runs from rather than the delivery date. And the jar itself, turned round so the Supplement Facts panel and the distributor line are facing you — every formulation question below is easier to ask with the panel in front of you, and the lot code is printed on the base. Then ask one thing at a time and write down the answer and the name of whoever gave it.
4 questions this site cannot answer
The four questions worth asking the desk about the blend
Per-ingredient amounts, the extract ratios, the certificate document, and the name of the doctor.
Then there are four questions that this website genuinely cannot answer, and they are the four worth spending a phone call on. Each one is a single line for anybody holding the specification sheet, and not one of them can be answered from the package.
One: how many milligrams of each ingredient are in the blend?
The panel prints one total, 82 mg, and one itemised figure, caffeine at 5 mg. Itemising it at all is to the label’s credit, and it is the figure that makes the rest partly derivable — rows six to nine at 5 mg or less each, row one at no more than 62 mg. But the other eight share the remaining 77 mg in proportions nobody has printed, and a bound is not an amount. A formulator has the real numbers on one sheet of paper.
Two: what are the extract ratios behind “567 mg of dry powders”?
The footnote reads “equivalent to approximately 567mg of dry powders”, which is about 6.9 to 1 across the whole blend and gives no ratio for any single row. An extract can be 4:1 or 50:1 and the word extract looks identical either way. Ask which ingredients carry which ratio, and whether any of them is standardised to a named marker.
Three: is there a certificate of analysis document, for which lot?
A lot number, MAX-26/MA-5397, and a certificate reference, MAX-5397-26-MA, were both supplied — and the pack itself describes both as draft labels rather than lab proof. No certificate document was supplied. Ask for the PDF for the lot printed on the base of your own jar, and ask which laboratory signed it.
Four: who is the doctor in “doctor formulated”?
A roundel in the supplied seal set reads DOCTOR FORMULATED, and the file it arrived in is named doctor-developed. No clinician is named anywhere in the supplied material — no name, no qualification, no institution. A named clinician can be looked up. Ask for the name.
What a good answer looks like, and what a non-answer looks like
A good answer is specific, numeric or nameable, and repeatable. It sounds like: “Muira puama is 48 mg, maca 14 mg…”; or “The green tea extract is 20:1, the others are 4:1”; or “Yes, here is the PDF for lot MAX-26/MA-5397, tested by this laboratory”; or a clinician’s full name and qualification. You can write it down, check it against the panel, and ask for it again next month and get the same reply.
A non-answer restates the marketing. It sounds like “it’s a proprietary blend, so we can’t disclose that” — true about the label, and no reason at all not to tell a customer on the phone; or “all our ingredients are premium quality and third-party tested”, which names no laboratory and no lot; or “it was formulated by doctors”, which is the roundel read back to you. None of those is a lie and none of them is information. If you get four non-answers, that is itself a result, and it tells you the same thing the panel already told you: the figure you were given is 82 mg, and everything past it is unpublished.
