Privacy Policy

What this site collects, what it never sees because the checkout happens somewhere else, and how to have anything deleted. Effective September 25, 2026.

Quick answer

This is an editorial website. It takes no payment, keeps no accounts and runs no mailing list. It receives what you put in an email, ordinary server logs and page-by-page usage measurement. The checkout is on the brand’s own page, so no card number ever reaches this site. Write to [email protected].

What this site is, and why that shapes this policy

Effective September 25, 2026. No checkout, no account and no mailing list, which makes this a shorter policy than most.

This policy describes what Maxforcemen does with information about the people who read it. Plain English, because a policy nobody can read is not much of a policy. It covers this website only.

What this website is

An editorial desk, describing itself as a U.S. stocking partner for Maxforce. It transcribes what the Maxforce label prints, checks it against federal consumer pages, shows its arithmetic, and writes not published where a fact was never supplied. Nothing here is assessed by a regulator before sale: “Under DSHEA, FDA does not have the authority to approve dietary supplements before they are marketed.”

Why that shapes this policy

The important sentence is that no purchase happens on this website. No basket, no checkout, no card form, no account. The order button on this site points at the brand’s own information and sales page, and this desk is paid when an order completes there. That is the whole of the commercial relationship and it is why the editorial rules are written down where a reader can hold us to them.

Everything you type into that sales page — name, address, card number — is collected there under that page’s own terms and never passes through this site. This desk cannot see orders. [email protected] reaches the people who write these pages, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET; +1 (302) 200-3480 can find an order.

3 kinds of information, and no more

What this site collects

Three kinds of information reach this website. That is the whole list.

What you put in an email

If you write to the desk we receive what you chose to send: the name you used, the address you wrote from, your message and any attachment. It is used to answer you and for nothing else. Nobody is added to a mailing list, because there is not one, and no address is used for advertising or passed to the brand or the seller. Write about an order and we will tell you which number to call, because this desk cannot look one up.

Server logs

Like effectively every website, this one runs on a server that records requests: the IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the status code, the referring page if the browser sent one, and the user-agent string. Those are produced automatically by the hosting software, so faults can be found and abuse blocked.

Analytics

This site measures which pages are opened, roughly how long a visit lasts, which page a reader arrived from, the broad category of device, and an approximate location at country level. The purpose is editorial: it shows which pages readers reach and which need rewriting. No advertising profiles are built, no attempt is made to identify a reader, and none of it is sold or traded.

The interactive tools send nothing anywhere

The blend splitter, the cost calculator and the fit check run inside your own browser. Nothing entered into them is transmitted or logged.

4 things this site never receives

What never arrives here

None of the following is collected here at any point.

Payment details and order records

This site takes no payment and never sees a card number. The checkout lives on the brand’s own sales page, so this desk cannot see your order, its reference, the pack you chose or the price you paid, and cannot look any of them up for you. A card number also cannot leak from here, because one never arrives. For an order, the sales line is +1 (302) 200-3480.

Accounts, passwords and subscriptions

There is nothing to log into. No account is created and no password is stored, and there is no newsletter, so there is no subscriber list.

Health information

This site does not ask about your health, and no page changes what it says based on anything about you. Mention a health matter in an email and we will read it in order to reply; your clinician is the better correspondent for it.

Anything from a child

This site is written for adults and describes a product for adults: Adults 18 and over only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has written to the desk, tell [email protected] and it will be deleted.

2 sorts of cookie, none for advertising

Cookies, analytics and the click-through

A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep so something can be remembered between one page and the next. This site uses very few and none for advertising.

The two sorts, and how to refuse them

Strictly functional ones — remembering that you dismissed a notice, or a display preference — and the analytics cookies above, which let one reader’s several page views count as one visit rather than several strangers. Every current browser can block or delete them, and blocking them here costs you nothing. Where a browser sends a do-not-track or global privacy control signal, it is respected.

What leaves this site when you click through

The order button carries an identifier telling the seller’s system the visit came from here. If a purchase follows, that identifier is how the commission is credited. Two things follow. First, it does not change your price: the commission comes out of the seller’s margin. Second, the identifier travels outwards and not back, so what this site receives is a count of purchases, not a list of who made them.

And from that moment, the seller’s policy governs

That page publishes its own privacy terms, and those govern everything you type there, including your card details. Read them before you pay. This desk will not paraphrase a document it does not control.

4 requests, from any reader

Third parties, retention and your rights

Who else is involved, how long anything is kept, and what you can ask for.

Third parties, retention and security

A hosting provider serves these pages and keeps the logs, an analytics provider processes the measurements, and an email provider carries messages to and from the desk address. Each acts on instructions rather than as a partner data is shared with. Beyond them the only other organisation involved is the seller whose page the order button points at, and it receives nothing except the referral identifier. Logs are discarded once a fault can no longer need them, analytics are retained in aggregate, and the highest-risk data — your card details — is never in this desk’s custody at all.

Your rights, and how to use them

This desk does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Privacy rights are set state by state, so the position here is simpler: four requests will be honoured from any reader, wherever they live. Ask what is held about you and for a copy. Ask for something wrong to be corrected. Ask for it to be deleted, and unless a law requires a record to be kept, it will be. Ask that it stop being used. Email [email protected] with enough detail to find the records, at no charge. This site holds so little that the answer is often that nothing is held beyond an email exchange.

What is never published about a reader

No customer review, star score or order count appears anywhere here, and no rating markup appears in the structured data. FDA makes the general point: “Reviews found on popular online marketplaces and social media can be fake.”

Changes, and how to reach a person

If this policy changes, the new version replaces this one and the date at the top of the site moves with it. For a correction or a privacy request: [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET, or 1 Astor Place, Floor 8, New York, NY 10003, USA. For an order, +1 (302) 200-3480.

Questions

Maxforce FAQ: privacy policy questions

Who writes this site?

Maxforcemen, a U.S. stocking partner for Maxforce. The editorial rules are on the About page.

Where do I buy it?

Through the order button on this site, which points at the brand’s own information and sales page. This desk is a U.S. stocking partner and is paid when an order completes there.

What payment methods are accepted?

The supplied artwork shows the usual card and wallet marks. No payment processor is named, so whoever appears on your statement is worth reading off it and keeping.

Which images are not published here?

Two. A photograph-styled portrait of a man holding the jar, whose filename names an AI upscaler and describes it as a hyper photographic portrait. And a five-star graphic with nothing attached to it.
